Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche Returns for 5-day, In-Town Retreat

Samden Ling is honored to welcome back Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche for an extended retreat, Saturday, August 4th through Wednesday, the 8th. This year he will teach on “The Wish-Fullfilling Treasure” by Longchen Rabjam (Longchenpa). This text is one of seven commentaries by Longchenpa which synthesizes more than 600 years of spiritual transmissions originating from Guru Padmasambhava. Longchen Rabjam was one of the greatest scholars and realized sages of Tibet from the 14th Century.

Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche is one of the primary teachers at Shechen Monastery in Nepal which is home to approximately 1,000 monastics. He is a lineage holder of the Longchen Ngingthig Ngondro, and studied under Dzogchen master, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. Rinpoche will be available for a few private interviews, and he can converse in English.

Register by July 1 for early-bird pricing. Registration fee includes lunches (vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free). Contact Jacqueline if you would like to sponsor meals or flowers, or if you would like to schedule an interview with Rinpoche. Partial scholarships may be available for those with financial need. If you wish to apply or donate to our scholarship fund, please email us at info@samdenling.org.
