Dakini Day and Guru Rinpoche Day Practice & Tsok ~
Celebrate the close blessing energies of the deities
Thursday, May 10th: Dakini Day is celebrated by food offerings (tsok) and practice on the 25th day of each lunar month. We celebrate Green Tara on this auspicious day. The dakini principle, associated with the feminine energies, is the dynamic activity and accomplishment of wisdom. After a guided mindfulness meditation, we will celebrate Dakini Day with Green Tara Secret Treasures of the Luminous Vajra practice followed by a brief tsok. Learn more about Dakinis here.
Thursday, May 24th: Guru Rinpoche displayed innumerable miraculous deeds to benefit beings on the 10th lunar day of the month. The blessings of Guru Rinpoche are quite close on this day. We will start with mindfulness meditation and finish with a brief tsok. All meritorious actions of practice and generosity of tsok are multiplied. This accumulated merit brings swift accomplishment of practice.
