Integrate the Blessings of Guru Rinpoche & Tara
Friday, June 8th: Dakini Day is celebrated by food offerings (tsok) and practice on the 25th day of each lunar month. The Dakini principle, associated with the feminine energies, is the dynamic activity and accomplishment of wisdom. After a guided mindfulness meditation, we will celebrate Dakini Day with Green Tara Secret Treasures of the Luminous Vajra practice followed by a brief tsok. Green Tara practice beckons freedom from fear and obstacles. Please bring the Green Tara text if you have one. Learn more about Dakinis here.
Saturday, June 23rd: Guru Rinpoche displayed innumerable miraculous deeds to benefit beings on the 10th lunar day of the month. The blessings of Guru Rinpoche are quite close on this day. We will start with mindfulness meditation and finish with a brief tsok. All meritorious actions of practice and generosity of tsok are multiplied. This accumulated merit brings swift accomplishment of practice.

Saga Dawa
This Tuesday, May 29, is one of the four major holy days for Buddhists, celebrating Shakyamuni’s birth, enlightenment and parinirvana. Karmic results from actions done on this day are said to be multiplied 100,000,000 times. It is a good time for meditation, taking the eight Mahayana precepts, chanting mantras and practicing generosity. Learn more about Saga Dawa.
Please consider Samden Ling on this auspicious day to help Jacqueline continue to offer Dharma insights and connectedness reflective of the wisdom that is possible for all of us.
